Lead Principal UX Design Researcher

Feb 2022 – Present

Drove discovery and concept research with customers to inform and define consumer-grade UX across the Oracle enterprise cloud applications platform. Led a team through key-customer research and fostered fluid collaboration with product development and UX design teams. Created a workshop to educate developers and designers on criteria for planning high quality AI apps, which was selected for presentation at AI World 2026 in Las Vegas with customers and hackathon participants.

Led foundational research for virtual and mixed reality experiences that defined HTC’s VR hardware and software for enterprise.
